The service
Short Ideas helps you write narration, generate or record a voice, and render vertical videos. Rendering and recording happen in your browser. Text and audio you send for drafting, voice generation or transcription are passed to our AI providers to fulfil the request.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you create and upload. You confirm you have the right to use any post, image, voice or audio you bring, and that you won't use the service to clone a voice without consent, impersonate anyone, or publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing material.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. Credits reset at the start of each period and do not roll over. Polar.sh is our merchant of record and handles payment, tax and invoices. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Polar's refund policy and applicable consumer law.
AI output
Drafts and shortened text are generated by AI models and can be wrong or drop a qualifier. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.
Fair use
We may rate-limit, suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, resell access, or try to get around credit limits.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
